Iowa SHRM State Council
The Iowa SHRM State Council promotes the educational and other non-profit purposes of SHRM by providing a structure for members in the State of Iowa to consult together concerning affairs, activities, needs and problems.
Mission & Vision
Our Mission is to serve and advance the HR discipline in the State of Iowa by promoting a connection between SHRM, local chapter and Iowa businesses that positively impacts our communities and our Vision to be Iowa's human resource leader promoting advocacy, resources, collaboration and unity among local chapter members and Iowa businesses.

The Iowa SHRM State Council consists of the executive committee, directors in the SHRM core leadership areas, at-large members, district directors, and the presidents from each of the Iowa SHRM chapters.
